| Loving Warmth There are times when I wonder what it would be like To stand before the rising sun and look into the light Yet for all the warm yellow glow, it escapes me How dark my world is without you beside me. The light that I carried in my heart has grown dim The fires that once fanned me passion are no more The flames have died down leaving me feeling cold How dark is my world without you inside me. The season change as season will do, From Winter cold to Summers dew Time has marched on and I my soul has thawed Now I can look around me again, with such awe. With the mourning, has come an end to my morning. I'll never forget that love so wonderful and true But in my heart, I now know I can go on again To find another, but never to replace you. Once again, I can see the light of day I hear the songs of birds and realize it is my heart For at this moment it is lighter than air And with it, my spirit can fly on the wings of love again.
